Motor insurance claim assistance guides in Guwahati

CarTech Hub is an independent multi-brand workshop in Sawkuchi, Guwahati, providing accident repair and motor insurance claim assistance for supported vehicles and eligible claims. Cashless repair availability is subject to the insurance company, policy terms, claim approval, survey findings and workshop/network eligibility.

Start with your insurer, then explore a vehicle or damaged part. Each guide explains a practical decision: what to record, how the repair estimate is prepared, which authorization is required and what the vehicle owner may still have to pay.

WORKSHOP INSPECTION TO VEHICLE DELIVERY

Plan the claim before approved repairs begin

  1. Contact CarTech Hub, share vehicle and policy details, and arrange a damage inspection.
  2. Intimate the insurer; provide the claim form, registration, policy, driving licence and requested photographs or other documents.
  3. Arrange the insurer or surveyor’s inspection where required. Obtain an itemized estimate and submit it for approval.
  4. Confirm the authorized repair scope and the owner’s consent before dismantling or ordering parts. Submit a supplementary estimate if hidden damage is discovered.
  5. Complete approved parts repair or replacement, denting and painting where appropriate, and final safety and quality checks.
  6. Finish the documents, settle applicable deductibles and non-payable amounts, then collect the vehicle.

This is general guidance. The exact sequence and evidence can vary. Third-party-only insurance does not cover the insured car’s own accidental damage; depreciation, exclusions and policy limits may affect an otherwise admissible claim.

Cashless authorization belongs to the insurer

No guide declares a cashless facility with every insurer. Network eligibility must be checked for the current policy and workshop arrangement. Survey findings, admissibility, repair approval, replacement decisions, add-on conditions and settlement remain subject to the insurer.

Ask which work CarTech Hub can actually perform on the individual vehicle. Structural alignment, airbags, advanced electronics, high-voltage systems and other specialist repairs require appropriate equipment and qualified personnel; referral may be necessary.
