My professional journey began after completing Automobile Engineering in 2008, followed by extensive experience across the automotive, transportation, fleet, service, and industrial sectors. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with reputed organisations and brands including Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, Hyundai, Nissan, Eicher Motors, 108 Emergency Services, Star Cement, among others.
These professional experiences provided me with valuable exposure to technical operations, automobile service management, fleet operations, customer engagement, quality standards, process management, and organisational development. More importantly, they shaped my belief that sustainable businesses are built through professionalism, integrity, transparency, operational discipline, and consistent customer value.
With this philosophy, I transitioned from professional employment to entrepreneurship and established a portfolio of businesses serving different customer and market requirements.
Today, our business interests include CarTech Hub, providing multi-brand automobile service, repair and insurance claim assistance; RI Driving School, operating across multiple locations and providing professional driver training; The CarBuy, serving the pre-owned vehicle segment; The Spare Heaven, providing multi-brand automobile spare parts solutions; Insurance Solutions, supporting customers with insurance requirements; RI Car Rides, providing mobility and self-drive vehicle solutions; and Dr Pet Life Clinic, providing professional veterinary and pet healthcare services.
