Audi A4 facelift and body-styling enquiries

For an Audi A4, begin by deciding whether the goal is a refreshed original look or a different grille, bumper and trim appearance. CarTech Hub reviews that brief against your actual vehicle before accepting exterior work in Guwahati.

A NEW LOOK.
THE SAME VEHICLE.

“Old-to-new” describes exterior styling. Your original manufacture year, chassis/VIN and registered identity stay the same. An exterior upgrade does not add a newer generation’s engineering or safety features.

A CLEAR PLAN BEFORE PARTS

A4 modification planning

Share the manufacture year, body style, variant and current front and rear photographs. Include previous collision repairs and any non-original exterior parts. The A4 name and a desirable online photograph do not identify a compatible component package by themselves.

01

Grille and bumper styling

Describe the intended grille finish and bumper shape together, while identifying which current lamps and trim you want retained. Request the proposed parts and supporting fittings as an itemised list.

02

Rear trim and exterior details

A rear-detail change should be discussed alongside the existing exhaust arrangement and access points. State whether you want cosmetic trim only so the enquiry does not imply mechanical changes.

03

Lighting and paint coordination

Keep proposed lamp changes separate from paint and body work. Discuss the visible finish, panel alignment and current lamp specification before considering a coordinated package.

COMPATIBILITY COMES FIRST

What we need to check

The exact model year and fitted equipment matter more than a kit’s marketing name.

  • Check the exact A4 application rather than an Audi-wide kit label.
  • Identify parking sensors, cameras and lamp functions affected by the proposal.
  • Review brackets, liners, clips and access requirements as well as visible covers.
  • Record existing warnings and damaged mounts before optional work is agreed.

Scope and practical limits

An RS-inspired grille or bumper is an appearance description; it does not create an RS model or its performance specification.

Cross-generation panel fitment and electronic adaptation require individual assessment and are not pre-approved here.

FROM AN IDEA TO AN AGREED JOB

Four steps. A clear scope.

CarTech Hub’s workshop is in Sawkuchi, Guwahati. If you are travelling from elsewhere in Assam or Northeast India, discuss your vehicle before arranging the journey.

  1. 01

    Share the vehicle

Give the original year, model, variant, previous body repairs and clear exterior photographs. Show us the look you want.

  2. 02

    Check the fit

Arrange an inspection of mounting points, body condition, fitted lights and equipment. Confirm parts, technical requirements and applicable approvals.

  3. 03

    Agree the scope

Review an itemised parts and labour proposal, finish expectations and any work outside the accepted scope. Timing follows the assessment and parts confirmation.

  4. 04

    Review the result

Inspect panel gaps, secure fittings, paint finish and the operation of affected equipment. Keep the work record and any required approval documents.

YOUR CAR. YOUR IDEA.

Let’s plan
the right upgrade.

Start with the vehicle you own and the look you have in mind. We’ll confirm the work that can be accepted after checking the vehicle, parts and applicable requirements.

All existing vehicle entries remain available for enquiries. A listing does not confirm a conversion kit or workshop capability for that model.

Use the original year, not the look you want.

Hello CarTech Hub, I would like a modification assessment. Vehicle: Audi A4 Please confirm feasibility, parts, required approvals and an inspection appointment.

Supported years, parts and the accepted scope are confirmed after inspection. No kit availability is implied by this selection.

Read the relevant modification guide →You can review the WhatsApp message before sending it. Add exterior photos and a reference for your preferred look when speaking to the workshop. If you book instead, include the manufacture year, generation and desired look in the booking notes.
IDENTITY, APPROVALS & INSURANCE

Plan the work with the paperwork.

Before work starts, confirm whether the proposed changes are permitted under the Motor Vehicles Act and Central Motor Vehicles Rules, and whether registration-authority approval or an RC endorsement is required. Lighting and body changes must satisfy the applicable requirements; a fitting kit is not proof of legal approval.

Discuss any proposed alteration with your insurer. A styling upgrade is not automatically an insured repair or a cashless claim. Parts sourcing, specialist calibration and compliance documentation must be confirmed for the individual job.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Your modification questions.

Clear answers about the vehicle, the intended look and the next step.

Can my A4 have an RS-inspired appearance?

You can request assessment of that styling reference. Confirm the exact components and vehicle first, and keep the original model identity clear in the description of the work.

Is a grille-only change always straightforward?

No assumption should be made from its size alone. Mounting, adjacent trim and fitted equipment must be considered before the workshop accepts the proposed component.

Can the existing body repair be included with styling?

Ask for an assessment of both. The estimate should identify damage repair and optional upgrades separately so each part of the accepted work is clear.
