Three substantially different ownership questions can begin with “I need a GranTurismo part.” The earlier V8 grand tourer, the modern Nettuno V6 car and the fully electric Folgore share a model family name, rather than a single parts catalogue. An accurate generation description is the starting point for a Maserati GranTurismo parts enquiry at CarTech Hub – Multi-Brand Car Workshop, Guwahati.
Identify the earlier V8 road car
The earlier GranTurismo family includes different engine capacities, derivatives and transmission applications. S, Sport, MC and MC Stradale descriptions need their own build checks. The V8 coupe should also be distinguished from the related open-top GranCabrio. A visual resemblance between front ends does not establish the same lamp, bumper, bracket or cooling duct.
Some V8 applications use an electro-actuated six-speed manual-type transmission, while others have a conventional six-speed automatic. The installed system affects clutch, fluid, mount and driveline enquiries. Do not describe every V8 GranTurismo as having a manual clutch pedal or a dual-clutch gearbox. MC Stradale equipment, including its applicable braking and body details, needs specific confirmation.
Keep the modern Nettuno V6 separate
The modern petrol GranTurismo uses a twin-turbo Nettuno V6, an eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive. Its body, electrical systems and powertrain architecture differ from the earlier V8 car. Oil filters, ignition components, turbo-related parts, shafts and cooling assemblies should therefore be selected from the correct generation and build information.
Model-year updates create another boundary. Maserati's June 2026 announcement describes revised styling, powertrain specifications and suspension for the updated range. Earlier modern cars should retain their own published specification. A subsequent brochure does not prove that an owner's existing vehicle has the newest output, air springs or external appearance, and a global announcement does not confirm a particular Indian delivery.
Folgore requires an electric parts conversation
GranTurismo Folgore uses an electric drivetrain rather than the Nettuno engine. Its traction battery, electric motors, inverters, charging equipment and associated thermal management belong to a different technical system. There is no engine-oil filter or petrol ignition service to quote for the fully electric model.
Shared styling also does not prove that petrol and electric underbody, cooling, suspension or body attachments interchange. Battery protection, mass and fitted equipment can affect the required assessment. High-voltage components are educational subjects here, rather than an advertisement for specialist battery or drive-unit repairs at CarTech Hub.
Build a complete parts request
Provide the VIN through the appropriate private contact channel, build year, generation, derivative, body style, powertrain and a description of the problem. Photographs of visible features and the existing part can help, but should not replace verified applicability. Mention modifications, previous accident repairs and known substitutions before authorising an order.
For brakes, confirm the fitted disc and caliper arrangement; for suspension, identify the actual spring and damper equipment. For lamps and glass, check market specification and attached sensors or cameras. An accurate estimate may need fasteners, supports, finishing materials, adjustment and applicable calibration as well as the main component.
Use symptoms to decide what needs inspection
A vibration may originate in a tyre, wheel, joint, mount or other driveline component. A coolant trace needs investigation rather than an immediate radiator order. Record when the symptom occurs and whether warning messages accompany it. For a used V8 car, maintenance history and earlier repairs are particularly useful when establishing a baseline inspection request.
CarTech Hub can receive the enquiry before confirming parts identification, sourcing arrangements and an accepted replacement task. Compatibility, availability, price and delivery time require verification; no permanent stock promise is made. Keep service wear separate from accident damage, and obtain the relevant insurer's assessment for a claimed event before treating a replacement as covered work.

Quick answers
Will a modern GranTurismo filter fit an older V8 car?
Do not assume interchangeability. Verify the generation, engine, build and specific component using appropriate parts information.
Does a 2026 range announcement change an older car’s specification?
No. The installed equipment and documented build remain the basis for maintenance and parts selection.
Can a petrol GranTurismo quotation be reused for Folgore?
Only components independently confirmed compatible should be considered. The electric powertrain and related systems require separate identification.
