For a vehicle insured under a private-car policy, use the main insurer directory and official motor claim links. For commercial-use pickups, the records below separately identify reviewed goods-carrying or commercial-product information. An unverified record means confirmation is still needed; it is not a finding that the insurer has no suitable product.
Cashless authorization is a separate decision. A private-car cashless flag in the main directory is not treated as proof of commercial-pickup eligibility. Prepare the claim before authorising repairs
- Contact CarTech Hub with the model, registration, drivetrain and damage photographs; confirm the workshop can accept the vehicle.
- Notify the insurer through its official reporting channel and retain the claim reference.
- Prepare the policy schedule, registration certificate, relevant driver licence and requested identity documents. For commercial use, the insurer may ask for permits, fitness or use documents applicable to that registration and policy.
- Coordinate inspection or survey where required. The workshop estimate identifies damaged parts, compatibility and proposed repairs; supplementary hidden damage may need fresh authorization.
- Agree approved work, any specialist referral and customer-payable costs before repair. Deductibles, depreciation, non-covered consumables and unrelated wear can remain payable.
- Complete the agreed repairs, final inspection and claim documentation before vehicle delivery. The insurer controls admissibility and settlement; timing and requirements vary.
